8-9pm.... Temple 7 Stars Medical Qigong  
Beginning Thursday February 4th, 2010.
Class are scheduled every Thursday and occur consecutively at 7 and 8pm.

This is a 3 month intensive program that is set up in 5 parts, practice and homework is necessary. Certificates will be handed out at the end of 3 months:

Part One – Medical Qi Gong 12wks
Part Two – Daoist (Taoist) Qigong 12wks
Part Three – Buddhist Qigong 12wks
Part Four – Emitting, Absorbing and Healing Qigong 12wks
Part Five – Wushu Qigong 12wks (for those who want martial arts training).

Part 1:4 & 5…. April 1, 8, 15, 22


Definitions:                       
Tai Chi            A mental and physical slow movement meditation providing
physical, emotional and self-improvement.

Medical Qigong        Training the mind on regulating the body, breathing and
vocalization. When you have gained control of these, you will have gained control of your mind.

Certificates in Taoist, Tibetan and Buddhist art of "healing by the sun, moon, and stars with mind, hand, nutrition of foods, herbs and exercise".

Taught in the way of the Tibetan hermits by Chaung Wu and in traditional Indian techniques by Yogi Swaru among other influences. I wish to thank all my teachers for their guidance and influence in the healing arts.
