About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with a rheumatoid arthritis and along my healing journey I was also diagnosed with multiple food allergies. Cow's milk, eggs, gluten, rice, and almonds just to name a few. When I found all this out I new that I need to figure out how I was going to feed my family of 6 and try to keep all of our favorite meals in place. I have been able to do this and we have added many more meals to the list of favorites. And since this we have learned a better and healthier way of eating.
